Darren and Gloria Hagood are the co-founders of HealYourLovePeriod (HYL.), a wellness organization specializing in supporting Black women in releasing emotional weight, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with inner peace.
Darren is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and author who helps high-functioning women soften, exhale, and realign with their truth. Gloria, a certified sound healer and board-certified chaplain, creates sacred spaces for healing through sound, breath, and deep presence.
Together, they offer grounded, spiritual care for women in transition — helping them return to themselves without guilt, pressure, or performance.
